Kanaan Lodge is situated in Cyferfontein that forms part of the 12,500 hectare big 5 Mabalingwe Nature Reserve and is the ultimate private bush breakaway catering for families.

Offering guests fully self-catering, luxury accommodation, this property has fantastic views over the Waterberg mountains with the soothing sound of rumbling water during the rainy season.

This spacious house features four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each with their own entrance, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Linen and bath towels included.

 

Guests have access to a spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining area, including a TV with full DStv and a fireplace.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, ice machine, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and separate scullery.

Enjoy a braai under the South African night sky at the boma, on the gas braai or make a pizza in our wood burning pizza oven while listening to the grunting sounds of the hippo and other nightlife. For those hot summer months the splashpool will leave you refreshed.

 

The holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as mountain biking, hiking and self drive game drives with a 10 seater private game viewing vehicle available at an additional cost per day for driving in the Cyferfontein camp. Private vehicle drives are permitted in the Mabalingwe camp only.

Access to Rocky’s Fishing hole, full access to Mabalingwe Nature Reserve’s facilities, Zebula Golf reserve and Elements golf courses located close by.
